In the Liga F Moeve, the culés will start at home against Alhama and the merengues away against DUX Logroño
The RFEF presented the calendars of seven competitions in San Juan de la Nava
FC Barcelona will open LaLiga EA Sports 2025/26 visiting RCD Mallorca and Real Madrid receiving CA Osasuna, while the culé team will host Alhama CF and the merengue team will visit DUX Logroño in the first round of Liga F Moeve, according to the schedule presented on Tuesday by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) in the town of San Juan de la Nava.
Rafael Louzán, president of the RFEF, attended the presentation along with Javier Tebas, president of LaLiga, and Beatriz Álvarez, president of Liga F, in the presence of Alfonso Fernández Mañueco, president of the Castilla y León Regional Government, and other institutional and sports authorities.
Barça, the current champion of LaLiga EA Sports, will start the season with three consecutive away games (Mallorca, Levante, and Rayo Vallecano), meeting their request to finish their works at the Spotify Camp Nou on time. In this context, the first leg Clásico will be at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium during matchday 10 (26/10/2025).
The second leg Clásico will be at the blaugrana’s stadium during matchday 35 (10/05/2026), with just three games left to finish the season and potentially decide the title between these two teams, who were last season’s contenders who held on.
Along the way, Atlético Madrid dropped out of the race, starting the 2025/26 campaign by visiting RCD Espanyol. If the colchoneros maintain their pace this time, their derbies with the Madrid teams will be crucial; the first will take place at the Riyadh Air Metropolitano on matchday 7 (28/09/2025) and the second at the white coliseum on matchday 29 (22/03/2026).
In the last Liga F Moeve, a similar dynamic was seen with Barça becoming champions, Real Madrid finishing second, and Atleti third. Therefore, direct confrontations will be decisive, with Barça vs Real Madrid in matchday 11 (16/11/2025) and Real Madrid vs Barça in matchday 24 (29/03/2026).
Conditioned by the Eurocup taking place this summer in Switzerland, where the Spanish national team is among the contenders to win, the upcoming Liga F Moeve will start on the last weekend of August and conclude on the last weekend of May 2026.
MULTIPLE PRESENTATION
In addition to LaLiga EA Sports (First Men’s Division) and Liga F Moeve (First Women’s Division), dates were also set for LaLiga Hypermotion (Second Men’s Division), Primera Federación Versus e-Learning (third tier men’s), and Primera Federación Femenina (second tier women’s), as well as futsal matches in the First Men’s Division and First Iberdrola Women’s Division.
All of them have asymmetric schedules, unveiled simultaneously at an event that paid tribute to the so-called «empty Spain» from the Plaza Mayor in San Juan. It was also confirmed that the Copa del Rey MAPFRE final will take place on April 25, 2026, marking the end of a tournament that will kick off in September of this year with its preliminary phase.
As already known, LaLiga EA Sports will start between August 15, 16, and 17 of this year and will end between May 22, 23, and 24, 2026, with three midweek rounds: September 23, 24, and 25 (Matchday 6), April 21, 22, and 23 (Matchday 33, prior to the Copa final), and May 12, 13, and 14 (Matchday 36). The men’s Supercopa de España will once again be held in Saudi Arabia and will take place between January 7 and 11, 2026.
Additionally, there will be five breaks for men’s national teams: in 2025, from September 1 to 9, from October 6 to 14, and from November 10 to 18; and in 2026, from March 23 to 31 and from June 1 to 9, the latter with competitions already finished and designed to prepare for the FIFA World Cup to be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
